Helping youth discover and connect with God
Hope Boulder has a long-standing reputation of impacting youth ministry. Young people are involved throughout the ministries and life of Hope Boulder. There is also a ministry dedicated specifically to youth: The Way.
The Way Student Ministry is a group of students from 6th to 12th grade who are whole heartedly searching for a deeper relationship with others and most of all with God.
The Way meets twice a month; Our first meeting is to simply relax, hang out and be together. Whether it’s getting some ice cream, coffee or just hanging out, we keep it fun and really value the time to connect with each other. Our second meeting is a deeper time of biblical study and really living out our relationship with God as we wrestle with questions, concerns and also share in the beauty of a Christ centered life.
When and where does The Way Youth Ministry meet?
We meet two Sundays a month after service. Typically about 11:45am or 12pm to about 1pm. We meet in the annex/game room out back.
What will I do and learn at The Way?
Our meetings bounce back and forth from free days with games (boccie ball, pool, Foosball, etc) food and hanging out to a structured lesson or time of learning and discussion in an open forum.
We try to focus on growth. Growth, however doesn’t mean growth in numbers. We try to focus on growing together as friends who share a passion for God and growing in our relationship with Jesus.
